In Odesa city (15-16 of May) the meeting of the project partners took place, aiming discuss details of planned activities among IT-students in the fourth quarter 2014 and the first half 2015. Draft of Regulations on conducting contest among start-ups in software products and in IT ideas were presented during the meeting. Meeting members agreed and accepted a set of decisions that help to present the draft of Regulations for approval to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in the most optimal way.
The contest among start-ups in software products and in IT ideas directed in raising motivations and skills for student of all years in developing start-ups. Raising student' skills level and help in design their IT-ideas will be performed also with involving European experts from outstanding universities and companies.
During the second day of the meeting the project partners acquainted university representatives in south regions of Ukraine with project results. In meaningful presentations results of a few work packages were shown, namely: "Innovation and entrepreneurship power in Ukrainian Universities" , and "Guidelines for solutions and support of Knowledge triangle at a national level".
An interesting addition to the main presentations was speech a director of foundation "Wannabiz" about increasing capitalization of start-ups. At the end of meeting, students showed their innovative software made in Odesa polytechnic university.
On a base of the seminar other regional seminars will be conducted in Kharkiv, Lviv, and Vinnitsa.
