Dr. Markus Helfert is Head of Business Informatics and a Lecturer in Information Systems at the School of Computing, Dublin City University (Ireland). His research centres on Information Quality Management and includes research areas such as Enterprise Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, IT Innovations, Business Process Management, Healthcare Information Systems, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Enterprise Architectures. He teaches and supervises research projects, both at undergraduate and postgraduate level. He also serves as Director of the European Industry University Research Association (EIURA).
