The goals of non-government organisation "Centre of Innovations and Actual Results" (CIAR) are Education, Research, Cultural Activities, and Elucidative Activities for establishment of democratic civil society in the Ukraine. We work for democratization and modernization of both political and social processes. We also work for upholding social, economical, legal, national, and cultural interests of citizens. We research innovative decisions for reaching our goals.
